I’m freezing!

I never expected this to happen but I’ve discovered a downside to losing weight! I’m freezing cold all the live long day, and winter hasn’t even started yet. It is currently 5 degrees outside, and for all of my non-Canadian readers out there the average temperature of Toronto winters is -8 (without the wind chill), and other provinces dip below -30. So we need some body fat! Now I just need to find a good balance between “some body fat” and “Wesley, get mama’s prying bar”:

Does anyone have any tips for striking a good balance?
